Being a Health and Wellness Coach began with me recognizing I needed to make some drastic changes in my life. Without a doubt can I say I arrived? Absolutely Not! In fact I am so far from there, I can’t see it from here. I’m running this race of life with compassion for those who want to make changes in their daily eating and exercise habits.
We have to want this bad enough that we are ready to embrace change and get to a point where we can go back and help others. I am determined to put forth my best effort to help someone reach their goals. Whether it be weight-loss, dietary issues or just encouragement I am here to help.
I am going to end by saying if you are ready to make the necessary changes I am ready to help.
That being said, let’s get back out there and enjoy life. As I said many times, this Plant Based Diet is not just about the choice to stop eating meat and dairy. It’s being aware that there is a health issue and the means to combat this issue is through diet and exercise.
