10 Day Challenge

How many of us can say we are in descent health?

Are you taking pills for diabetes or high blood pressure?

I have a 10 day challenge for you.

10 Days

Instead of taking away food, I am simply going to write a list of things you can eat

  • Fruits and Vegetables
  • Rice and Beans
  • Tofu or Tempeh
  • Nuts, Seeds, and legumes.

Exercises

  • Push-ups
  • Sit-ups
  • Crunches
  • Squats

Why am I doing this challenge?

To help us understand the importance of Diet and Exercise, and how it plays a significant part of our lives.

On high blood pressure medication, or taking insulin shots. try this for 10 day and see if there is a difference.

Accountability

Of course you will need some accountability during this process. I’d be happy to assist with that virtually and we can go on the honor system.

Find a close friend to do this 10 day challenge with. Someone who can encourage from day 1-10. For those interested, I will be posting videos on encourage and posting them to my YouTube Channel.

So Go Ahead, Lets get this 10 days done.

What I ate today for dinner.

  • White Rice (one cup)
  • Pinto Beans
  • Red, Yellow Peppers
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Tahini Sauce and Coconut Aminos Sauce
