Organically Grown Produce (or at least Local to you). Are powerful ways to fight off diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and even some cancers.

Spinach, Kale, Arugula, All High in Vitamin K

Vegetables

Carrots, Vitamins A Cabbage Vitamin C and Cauliflower, vitamin C and K.

Eating the proper foods can help impact your life and become a better version of you.

To include daily exercise, like running, walking biking etc…
