Are you a dream chaser? The first question you are probably thinking, is what does this have to do with Plant Based eating? Well, it has a lot to do with it. When you are a dream chaser you have a vision of what you want your world to look like. You are willing to take risks do the hard things, and be ready or rejection, even though they say no, someone will eventually say yes.
One of my goals is to help people realize their potential by being the best they can be in whatever they are trying to pursue. If your goal is to lose weight by changing your eating habits and exercising, than I say work at it for at least 30-45 minutes per day. This is something that no one can take away from you. You have everything it takes to become the success you seek. So I say go for it, and don’t give up.
