At the first sign of trouble do you go running to see what the commotion is all about or run in the total opposite direction of trouble. I’ve seen in most cases people typically run in the opposite direction.
Now let’s compare this to health issues. At the first sign of health issues, like indigestion, or chest pains, (depending on how severe of course) do you immediately go to the doctor or access what you ate?
As we know, a Plant Based Diet is not a one size fits all diet plan, but rather a way of life. You have to be willing to do the work, which means showing up every day. Building on your success and not being afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
As we all know, tomorrow is not promised. Make an effort to do something each day that is geared towards your dreams.

When we feel like we at the top of our game. Things are going well. We are pushing forward, and eating the right foods, getting enough sleep/rest and ready to tackle the day.
That when we have to pause and be grateful that we have the ability to do these things. As there are so many who don’t have the things we do. It’s a humbling experience to know that there are people out there who don’t have anything. Yet we complain about what we don’t have. So the next time we feel at the top of our game and ready to tackle life. Remember to help someone else along the way.
We can’t do life alone. No great man/woman has ever made it by themselves. They had someone there to encourage them to keep going. Push forward and help someone else along the way…
When injuries happen, make sure to treat the injury, before getting back into your run. Slow get back to your routine. Even if you have to walk first.
