Basic Package

  • Discuss overall Goals and how I can help achieve them.
  • Advise a Basic exercise plan (according to your needs).
  • Talk about basic nutrition.

Program Two

  • Initial Consultation
  • More in-depth Discussion on goals, and how I can help.
  • Advise a little more extensive exercise plan according to your abilities.
    Go over your diet and what you are eating
    Make some suggestions on what to change.

Program Three The Works

  • Initial Consultation
  • More in-depth Discussion on goals, and how I can help.
  • Advise an extensive exercise plan according to your abilities.
  • Make a grocery list.
  • Go to the grocery store with you and show you what I buy based on your budget.

This Package is personal. We will go over things to stay away from and perhaps substitutes, (transitional only). As substitutes can get expensive.
