Health and Wellness is a huge topic today. There are so many options out there on how to lose weight, and get fit. Check out this video explaining what I do and how I can help you.

Program One

Basic Package

  • Initial Consultation
  • Discuss overall Goals and how I can help achieve them.
  • Advise a Basic exercise plan (according to your needs).
  • Talk about basic nutrition.

Program Two

  • Initial Consultation
  • More in-depth Discussion on goals, and how I can help.
  • Advise a little more extensive exercise plan according to your abilities.
    Go over your diet and what you are eating
    Make some suggestions on what to change.

Program Three The Works

  • Initial Consultation
  • More in-depth Discussion on goals, and how I can help.
  • Advise an extensive exercise plan according to your abilities.
  • Make a grocery list.
  • Go to the grocery store with you and show you what I buy based on your budget.

This Package is personal. We will go over things to stay away from and perhaps substitutes, (transitional only).Substitute meats and packaged foods do contain vast amounts of sodium.  If you need to transition, I would only do a little. As nothing can replace naturally grown Fruits and Vegetables.
