Incorporating Exercise

So you are Plant Based, Now What?  One of the things we forget is exercise.  We can change our diets by removing or reducing our meat and dairy intake, but exercise is just as if not more important to our cause.  This is an encouragement for people to not only change your diet, but to get up and get outside and either go for a walk, run, biking etc…

My point is the get up and move…I will be uploading my next run in Richmond VA this week just as a way of motivation.  You will see scenery, and some footage of me actually running.  This is just for motivational purposes.  If running is not your thing, its cool  Just Do what it is you like doing.
